1. BASIC (lowest price range)
It is a basic refreshment of the walls, ceilings and woodwork. Requires only essential preparation of surfaces, with less concern for the adhesion of existing paint and quality. Prominent loose paint will be removed, but no smoothing of the existing surface will be curried. No warranty.
2. STANDARD (cheap)
Include all from level 1 plus: We only do basic repairs of large holes, dents, and cracks. Then we apply a fresh coat of paint speedily to refresh the property.
3. SUPERIOR (middle price range) the most popular
It is a good quality decorating work of the walls and woodwork. This means we will repair holes, cracks, dents and larger imperfections that are easily visible. In this service, we also include the removal of the sockets, light switches and light fittings from the walls and ceilings. However, we are making good all around them. It also includes creating a different coloured wall (feature wall) if the customer requires it. Overall the finish will look good when you step apart 1.5m from the wall. Also, you might see some imperfections if you get your handset or camera and take high-quality photos from a short distance. (the most popular)
4. SUPREME (expensive)
It is an excellent quality decorating work of the wall and/or woodwork. Meaning that some walls might be fully plastered if needed, and parts of the woodwork might be replaced. Again, the sockets and the switches will be removed and made good behind them. Here you can choose to have more complicated patterns of colour on the walls. For example, separating a wall in many different colours. Overall the work would look excellent. Again here, you might see some very small imperfections if you get your handset or camera and take high-quality photos from a very short distance.
5. EXCEPTIONAL – RESTORATION (the highest cost)
Firstly, here we are talking about a completely different way of surface preparation. This level is required when the existing walls, ceilings and woodwork situations indicate that the surfaces have severely corrupted – where damages to the coating are significant, suggesting that we have to scrape the existing layers through various stripping techniques. Another alternative is to be fully plastered (entirely, repaired or resurfaced). In addition, if the customer expects more perfection, all surfaces might be spray painted.
