Please note: For THE GUARANTEE. Property must be empty. Windows are cleaned from inside only. Outside windows cleaning is separate service. Fridges and freezers should be emptied prior to our arrival, also turned off and defrosted to clean them. We will do our best to clean your appliances to a high standard. However, we will not be liable for ingrained dirt that cannot be removed using chemicals. Cupboards and wardrobes should be empty prior to our arrival in order to be cleaned. We also do not wash or clean painted walls and exterior of the property such as balconies, gardens and garages ( we can do for an additional charge if agreed) If any of the above conditions are not met, you can not take advantage of THE GUARANTEE.
