After Builders Cleaning
What do we have to know about After Builders Cleaning? Even the most affable and well-meaning of builders can leave a mess behind. Maybe they’ll have enough time for a quick go-round with a vacuum… but remember, cleaning isn’t their job – it’s ours! We at Snow White Cleaners will clean all dirt and remove all rubbish left by your builders. We will wipe all the dust and remove any cement, plaster, and paint from windows and floors.
After Builders Cleaning checklist:
Kitchen
- Clean and polish all surfaces
- Clean inside all cupboards
- Clean silk and remove limescale
- Wall tiles to be wiped and polished
- Clean fridge and freezer if defrosted
- Clean washing machine outside
- Clean dishwasher outside
- Clean microwave outside
- Clean all appliances
Bathroom
- Shower screen de-scaled, cleaned and polished
- Wall tiles washed, cleaned, dried and polish
- Toilet to be brushed cleaned and disinfect
- Mirrors to be polished
- Floors to be washed and sanitized
General
- Dusting throughout, including radiators light switches, light fitters
- Skirting boards to be cleaned and polished
- Carpet to be vacuum cleaned even under mattresses and other furniture
- All doors and top of doors to be cleaned, including the main door
- Door handles to be polished
During After Builders Cleaning we will also:

- Remove all labels from bathrooms, windows, toilets and kitchens.
- Clean all floors of any paint and plaster.
- Clean all windows, window frames and sills.
- Clean all skirtings and wash the doors.
- Wash all sockets and switches.
- Clean all kitchen cupboards inside.
- Clean and polish all surfaces.
- Clean toilets inside and out.
- Wash the tiles and basins in the bathroom.
- Hoover and mop all floors and stairs.
- Make sure all the property is dust free.
After Builders Cleaning Rates
Our rate for After Builders Cleaning starts at £19.00+VAT per hour per cleaner. We have a minimum requirement of at least 1 cleaner for 4 hours per one-off cleaning visit. This does not include professional window, carpet or upholstery cleaning. We recommend a quotation on-site before cleaning.
